Job Objective
Drive sales growth by promoting and selling a variety of food products to businesses in the region. Build strong client relationships and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Find and approach potential customers (retailers, wholesalers, businesses)
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Meet sales targets to boost company revenue
- Provide great customer service and resolve issues
- Understand products well for effective communication
- Work with marketing for effective promotions
- Train new team members and ensure consistent messaging
- Research markets for growth opportunities and trends
- Persuasively present products to potential clients
- Gather and share client feedback for improvements
- Analyse sales data, negotiate contracts, ensure profitability
- Coordinate with teams for smooth order processing
- Spot chances for upselling/cross-selling
- Attend sales meetings and visit key clients
- Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant food sales experience
- Languages: Proficient in Arabic and English
