Job purpose
To act as a general-purpose security liaison for the IFMS security department, conduct non-technical administrational tasks & convey messages within the IFMS security department and act as a link to the BOC security team when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic verbal translation
- Support driver for the IFMS security management team
- Support IFMS security Liaison with the BOC security team when required
- Supports office administrational duties (printing and copying)
- Provision of basic reports when requested
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification & Training requirements:
- High school diploma
- Competent in the use of MS office applications
- Qualified Driver
- Competent at Basic document translation Arabic to English and visa-versa
- Conversant with primary MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Driver with a valid driving license
- Capable of effectively operating within a multinational environment whilst maintaining overall cultural awareness.
- Good understanding of local area social dynamics.
- Good work ethos and timekeeping.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office related software.
- Basic English – (verbal & written)
- Focus on continuous self-learning and improvement
- Ability to work cohesively and communicate successfully in multi-cultural teams whilst being aware of and sensitive to cultural differences
