RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Involvement:
- Trade Marketing
- Compile marketing activities and suggest annual promotions in line with the overall brand strategy
- Coordinate and follow up on displays and extra displays with merchandising team
- Develop with the principal tailored promotions and tailored activities in order to market the product
- Deal with suppliers and aligned with them on marketing and business development plans
- Implement annual budget, annual ad-hoc, and annual investments per sector and per client
- Follow up monthly targets and regular meetings with sales team to ensure targets are being met and providing incentives
- Conduct regular market visits to all sectors to ensure that all agreements are being applied
- Update special promotion offers on dataflow for all products, as agreed with marketing manager
- Announce new arrivals and price changes to sales team to keep them aware and updated with the situations
- Control all invoices/credit notes of the brand for the local market to ensure reliability
- Recap all expenses per category to have a control over the expenses
- Coordinate with accounting on all invoices to ensure validity of invoices
- Perform stock verification to ensure a proper invoicing and communication with sales
- Follow up on near expiry stocks and suggest solutions
- Report Development and Documentation
- Gather and analyse data to ensure management has the relevant information needed to support decision-making
- Handle all documents according to related policies and procedures to ensure proper tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5 to 6 years of experience in FMCG
- Good command of English and advanced computer skills
- Strong team player with ability to build effective relationships and excellent stakeholder management skills
- The Job is based in Iraq and requires travel in territory
