Job purpose
- Manage the assigned geographic sales area and reach sales objectives
- Establish and manage effective business relationships with our clients/distributors
- Search for PL opportunities in responsible territory
- Design route plans for Medical Teams and Promoter Teams
Main responsibilities and key tasks
- Respect and follow up procedures, work instructions and rules related to Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Information Security Management Systems and Product Safety
- Report nonconform situations related to Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Information Security Management Systems and Product Safety and offer a suggestion to improve these systems
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree in business management, economics, international trade or industrial engineering fields
- Advance level of English and Arabic is a must.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Minimum 3 years trade marketing or/and sales experience in FMCG
Job complexity and challenges
- Complexity in answering to PL enquiries due to information gathering, approval process and time pressure/deadlines
- Lack of reliable customer and consumer data in Iraq
- Sales growth challenges due to high competition of Turkey origin products
- Need to travel often within Iraq
Accountability and scope factors
- Reach monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets for each country
- Manage distributors trade and marketing activities
- Close follow up for comptetitors
- Look for new potential distributors
- Collect orders and share with Distributor SC department
- Follow payments of her/his clients regularly, remind due payments to clients
- Create and execute Trade Marketing Plans within the responsible markets
- Gather and follow up Sales&Stock, Price and Distribution Reports for each distributor
- Prepare monthly sales forecast in average 100 SKU and inform Export Operations
- Help International Marketing unit for the preparation of annual marketing plan and follow up the execution of these marketing activities
- Report distributor activities to his manager after each business trip
- Report competitive activities and price map to his manager after each trip
- Follow quality of competitors by collecting their products and sending them to Quality Control Department
- Give sales and marketing training to distributors` Sales Team, Medical Team and Promoter Team
- Visit distributors sales points, check penetration and give necessary feedback to distributor for corrective actions
- Organize quality trainings with Quality Manager for distributors` Sales Team, Medical Team and Promoter Team
- Organize participation to necessary trade fairs and international exhibitions
- Respect OHS rules and instructions
