MSELECT is looking for a Trainer for an international retail client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in training of technical material’s. English, Kurdish and Arabic fluency is a must.
Job Objective
To improve company’s brand image & awareness in the market. And focus into driving sales growth and maximizing retail success. Including direct & indirect sales engagement in-store level regarding product knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Enrich team sales skills and knowledge by increasing products awareness.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to aid planning of forthcoming in-store training interventions
- Manage the creation and implementation of a variety of different training methods including hands-on, blended, digital, technical and train-the-trainer.
- Create and maintain communities online to best practice sharing and collaboration in social networks
- Collaborate with all SFMT & Partners in order to tailor training to best fit the needs of the Market
- Demonstrate compliance and training effectiveness through regular updates and reporting
Qualifications
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to aid planning of forthcoming in-store training interventions
- Using effective training methods to increase product knowledge and selling skills of trainees
- Providing training to a diverse set of sales teams including new sellers to highly-experienced
- Excellent communication skills, both written and presentation, with the confidence and ability to engage and hold an audience
- Flexible and adaptable, with a high level of resilience and desire to drive continuous improvements and operate in a changing environment
- Have the ability and understanding of presenting in front of a camera to a wide range of audience as virtual training we be the norm
- Languages : Arabic- Kurdish – English
