Objective
Responsible for receiving, storing, and handling material. Assists in keeping accurate inventory balances and maintaining a safe work environment in accordance with established policies and practices, and perform other related duties as required.
Accountabilities
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the actual stock
- Direct unloading or loading operations
- Execute operations according to different warehouse situations and contingencies
- Take safety measurements into consideration for a safe environment
- Updating and share reports with the SC management, and archiving document
- Receive materials depending on the coming shipment list that we get from the procurement team
- Organize the materials in the warehouse regarding their production and expiry dates, SKUs, and batches
- Inspect the coming shipments and report to management if there are damaged or missing materials
- Instruct every labour and forklift driver through their specified tasks
- Monitoring the workflow and the labours
- Achieving the maximum efficiency of space usage by having an overthought plan
- Implement a method for releasing materials to have full control over the FIFO
- Inventory calculations are done daily, weekly, monthly, and annually
- Follow up with the quality team regarding the Hold and Scrap materials
- Report scrap materials to management to start the disposal process
- Ensure that SAP operations and transactions are up to date

Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree (excluding engineering fields)
- At least three (3) experience, in finished goods (FG), raw materials (RM), or packaging materials (PM)
