Job Purpose
The Contracts Administrator shall undertake all administrative support to the contracts and/or procurement team, including, but not limited to, maintaining the administrative work on daily work. This position is also expected to multitask and be flexible to be utilized across C&P.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the cp team & manage all admin work
- Being the focal point for collecting approvals from approving authorities
- Maintain all archiving in a SharePoint folder
- Maintain HSE as a priority when executing the work
- Work with the C&P specialists to maintain updated archiving
- Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts, POS, evaluations etc
- Ensure the filing of documents by following the records management policy
- Help create templates for future use
- Retrieve files as requested by cp requirements and clients
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
- Help to prepare ad-hoc minor reports when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree computer, business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Experience working in a JV environment will be an advantage
- Well-versed in MS Office
- Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Male candidates preferred
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Good in organizing archives (soft & hard)
- Strong computer skills
- Adjustable to work in a remote location and a multicultural environment
- Flexible for working hours
