About the Role
As an HR Executive, you will oversee all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for people development and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and oversee the onboarding process
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote employee engagement through various initiatives
- Performance Management: Establish performance metrics, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll, administer employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, health and safety standards, and data privacy requirements
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools
- Fluency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic
