OBJECTIVE
- Provide timely support to the Inventory Analyst

- Ensure Inventory is well controlled
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
(Short Term) Support Inventory Accountant to:
- Monitor transactions in the Maximo Inventory system to ensure that they are properly recorded:
- From – Invoicing, Goods in Transit and Receipting
- Through- Storage, Issues, Returns
- Ensure that current Inventory balances are properly analyzed, reconciled, aged and actioned
- Ensure that Inventory transactions are timely and properly supported – by appropriate:
- GRNs – Good received notes
- MITs – Issues tickets
- Contracts and Invoices – for unit prices
- Support the Inventory Analyst to perform stock-count and summarize results
- Prepare Ad hoc reports and analysis as required by the business
Criteria & Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience of working in the Oil and Gas industry or with International companies
- Accounting qualification
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Good Computer skills – including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Competence with Financial systems – preferably experience of SUN / Maximo
- Ability to priorities tasks
Rotation: 14 Days On/ 14 Days Off
