Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to ensure sales, profit, and retail KPIs are met with high levels of customer service and operational excellence
- Study and report sales trends and market competition and develop strategies to maximize sales
- Maintain inventory levels and SKU’s replenishment for each store and ensure accurate record keeping
- Ensure store policies and procedures are being followed, including but not limited to Zone’s guidelines
- Bridge the relationship between the company and brand principles to ensure the success of our joint marketing campaign
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events merchandise
- Ensure staff are trained well on product knowledge, sales skills, and promotional campaigns
- Asset HR team in staff monthly evaluation and KPIs setting
- Arranging daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports and business reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or any relevant field
- Language proficiency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Excellent Business development & Negotiation skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
