Job Purpose
To assist in proposal preparation and submission, tracking project milestones, schedules, expenses, and quality while managing documentation, reporting, and supporting project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Proposal preparation
- Timesheet preparation
- Track project expenditures against the approved budget and report variances
- Assist in operational reporting, monitor project progress, and update the operations tracker
- Assist in financial reporting, invoice processing, and payment tracking
- Assist in managing project resources including equipment, materials, and manpower
- Coordinate in procurement and delivery of necessary equipment/materials
- Support quality control by documenting and reporting issues
- Generate project control reports and maintain accurate records
- Handle customer correspondence, approvals, and archiving
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is often preferred
- Prior working experience of 2 years in a similar role
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Experience with financial tracking, and invoicing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Required languages: English, Arabic, Kurdish
