mselect is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for an Oil & Gas Service Client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is a must.

Job Purpose
To assist in proposal preparation and submission, tracking project milestones, schedules, expenses, and quality while managing documentation, reporting, and supporting project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal preparation
  • Timesheet preparation
  • Track project expenditures against the approved budget and report variances
  • Assist in operational reporting, monitor project progress, and update the operations tracker
  • Assist in financial reporting, invoice processing, and payment tracking
  • Assist in managing project resources including equipment, materials, and manpower
  • Coordinate in procurement and delivery of necessary equipment/materials
  • Support quality control by documenting and reporting issues
  • Generate project control reports and maintain accurate records
  • Handle customer correspondence, approvals, and archiving

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is often preferred
  • Prior working experience of 2 years in a similar role
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Experience with financial tracking, and invoicing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Required languages: English, Arabic, Kurdish
