Job Purpose
The Project Director is responsible for the entire Operations of the facility (ADF) falling under the client’s domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of key FM recommendations at ADF
- RACI matrix implementation for all ADF teams complying with mow, edit & modify if roles are not matching with mow
- The setting of internal pi (performance indicators) of all immediate subordinates & technical resources
- Referring to the signed contract, compliance of client SLA/KPIs to minimize financial impacts in terms of deductions to the client & keep the client satisfied
- Follow up & correspondence with all supporting departments related day to day affairs of the site (procurement, finance, HR & commercial)
- Responsible for maintaining and tracking his team skills, RACI matrix, job description & training plans whenever needed
- Responsible from the top for making sure that facility is well maintained in all aspects complying with signed contract & every responsible team member is taking care of his part as per org chart & job description/RACI matrix: maintenance plans (pm, cm, rm, snags etc) & execution with all needed documentation as per requirements; timely submission of all reports to the client as per defined timing log; frequent submission of letters to client/FMC to keep the record straight & save company rights; to be on top of an asset register, helpdesk/MAXIMO related tasks (MRF, tickets etc) to keep things streamlined; close follow up of mobilization plan; strengthening & enhancement of QHSE reports/audits; more focus & concentration to build a very strong team of below trades by evaluating existing resources: HVAC &electrical, finishing, ICT, pumps & substations

- Company assets & vehicles are being well-maintained
- The commercial proposal submission process is accurate
- Scope/specs/category is clear from the client side
- Technical datasheets/commercial proposal submission is accurate
- The procurement process is on track
- The logistic process is on track
- The reporting/planning team is well aligned with the site operation team
- Oversee handover team
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facility Management, Construction Management, or a related field is typically required an advanced degree, such as a master's in business administration (MBA) or Project Management, is advantageous
- Work experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in facility management, including 5+ years of project management experience, is typically expected Previous experience in leadership and team management is highly desirable
