Job Purpose
- To provide SAP system support for Wells Department in compliance with the HSSE policies, Majnoon Oil field System Procedures, Contracting and Procurement procedures and other guidelines
- Key user in system related tasks, will be also involved in Wells activities and perform the functions of CPL related modules
- Representative as a first contact concerning business requirement, process improvement, projects as well as maintenance and support tasks
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Act as one of Wells CP team and demonstrate high communication skills to ensure that all venture SAP and wells business requirements are met
- Indecently handling implementation projects in the preparation, conception, realization and execute the key user
- Coordinating with the technical and central
- System: execute the full scope of RtP / P2P (Requisition to Pay / Procure to Pay) process for CAPX and OPEX from the planning stage to the delivery stage
- Interface with the client as well as with finance department, CPL department and any other stakeholders to ensure alignment within the venture
- Responsible for various SAP activities such as creation of notifications, network orders, work orders, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and service entry sheets by utilizing the relevant system modules
- Materials Management: Cooperate with freight forwarders, materials management and in field logistics to obtain delivery status, place materials reservations against stock in SAP under the relevant budget, participate in stock reconciliation and ensure that the materials d3elivered to final destination on time
- Responsible of obtaining the approvals from the stakeholders on time in accordance with the wells project schedules and timelines
- Provide cost controlling support to Wells such as VOWD (Value of Work Done) and LE (Latest Estimate) on weekly or monthly basis or upon requests
- Support CP for invoicing process of Wells department
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification & Training requirements:
- B.Sc. Engineering, B.Sc. administration and finance or equivalent
- At least 3 years of SAP or similar system experience
- English Language: Conversant at business level
- Computer Literate: Microsoft Office
- Professional with SAP system
- Specialization in finance, project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous
- Good communicator, delivery focused and able to work independently within the team
- Skills in SAP controlling and production planning modules
- Ability to coordinate among requirements and projects, considering budgets, schedules and priorities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
