Branch managers oversee the performance of other employees who work in their branches.
Job Description
- Developing forecasts, financial targets and business plans
- Developing and implementing sales plans
- To hold regular sales and operations meetings
- Managing budgets and allocating branch funds
- Solving problems related to customer and employee satisfaction
- Organizing and conducting training programs for branch personnel
- Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching when necessary
- To promote excellence in the business environment
- Working in coordination with other branches to plan promotional activities or achieve targets
- Regularly interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
- To serve by adhering to ethical and professional standards
