Key Responsibilities
- The incumbent is responsible for the overall coordination of the EPRS Division RSS management system and needs to be available on daily working hours and standby at night for any potential pipeline and cable emergency repair situation Responsible for updating current activated RSS and follow through until completion of RSS During normal day, responsible for any EPRS stakeholder's meetings, engagements and improvement process
- Maintaining and monitoring EPRS RSS Management System & repair execution plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
- Organizing, attending, and participating in EPRS stakeholder meetings and distributing minutes to all team members
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from EPRS meetings
- Preparing necessary PowerPoint presentations for meetings, events, workshops and other ad-hoc requirements
- Monitoring the daily progress of EPRS projects, determining project changes and ensuring project deadlines are met
- Providing administrative support as needed Undertaking EPRS project tasks as required
- Support EPRS Engineers in developing EPRS project strategies and ensuring EPRS projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Assess EPRS project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
- Keep track of the EPRS project, initiate goal setting and planning phase through to project completion
- Expediting contractors and internal EPRS personnel deliverables to ensure milestones/schedules are met
- Prepare, maintain and update Projects/Work schedules Chart timely to coordinate for mobilization and later demobilization of contractors
- Ensure Field presence and supervision of vendors and contractors for effective and efficient execution within schedule Ensure completion of QA/QC, HSE procedure and “Permit for Work” in place at works sites
- Review and manage department training requirements and coordinate all mobilization and demobilization activities including arrangements for all personnel
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or other similar disciplines relating to upstream oil and gas from a recognized university
- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant oil and gas industry experience in a similar role
- Experienced in operation & execution coordination
- Experience in material, vessel mob/demob offshore and onshore operations coordination
- Valid IMDG certificate or PMP or Certification in Transportation and Logistics
- Computer literate (including SAP & Microsoft products)
- Good command of the English language Shall read, write and speak fluent English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with appropriate priority
- Self-starter/self-management/self-drive and ability to work without close monitoring
- Resilient under pressure (both internal and external)
- Strong ability to deal with competing priorities and complex issues
