Job Purpose
This is a rotation position, we are looking for an E&I Supervisor who will help us advance our projects/systems, and directly manage and supervise contractors on the project. Oil and gas experience are a must and large construction experience is also necessary, the person must have experience in both electrical and instrumentation and have experience as a supervisor on a similar project. Experience in large scale cable pulling projects is a plus,
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for construction supervision and administration including supervision of contractors and their subcontractors for assigned portions of the project
- Assists in the coordination of the design deliverables to support continuous and efficient construction
- Job site point of contact for all contractors in his assigned area of the project
- Conducts daily coordination meetings with contractors
- Monitors the delivery of materials to the site and release to contractor
- Plans and chairs project safety meetings, assists with incident investigations and reporting, and participates in safety programs and initiatives
- Communicates the identification, management and resolution of deficiencies and nonconformance to the Construction Manager
- Assists with site administration and record keeping procedures in accordance with the Construction Execution Plan
- Assists with construction estimating, scheduling, cost control and reporting for all work being performed by the contractor in his assigned area of the project

- Capable of updating red-line drawings and as built drawings on site
- Supervise daily E&I construction activities on site
- Able to estimate and verify require materials and parts required to complete your projects
Requirements
- University qualification
- Minimum 10 years electrical construction experience
- Computer literate, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook
- Experience in oil and gas construction or operations projects
- Proven expertise as an E&I Supervisor in an oil and gas or heavy industrial background
- Deep knowledge of electrical power distribution systems
- Understanding of international electrical engineering codes and safety standards
- Problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- UpToDate knowledge and understanding of the latest’s technology and E&I systems
