SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY OBJECTIVES
- A hands-on role providing on-site day to day application administration and support for the company´s ERP system
- To liaise with, and develop relationships with the business functions in order to ensure successful adoption of business process and system solutions
- To support installation of systems and services in an effective and efficient manner ensuring maximum availability to business users
- To monitor and report as required on system bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Report writing and aiding automation of data downloads for reporting and analysis
- To develop processes technical documentation and user guides as required
- To support business systems, release management adopting strong user communications
- Provide input and co-ordinate with the business users to identify training requirements and develop and hold appropriate training plans
- Contribute to guidelines for security and user profiles
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- BSc/ BA in IT, Computer Science or Finance
Job knowledge, skills and experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in IT and Systems Administration
- Must have previous experience of supporting and administration of ERP Solutions (SunSystems or Infor EAM preferable)
- Must have a good understanding of business systems processes such as Procurement, Inventory, Finance and Maintenance Management process
- Knowledge in BI Reporting tools such as Cognos BI or Infor Q&A is desirable
- Knowledge in writing and understanding SQL codes desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communicator skills required to various hierarchical levels in the business
- Positive, energetic team player, comfortable working in a fast paced and multi-cultural environment
- Demonstration of efficient coordination skills, being able to work on multiple projects in parallel, whilst being able to priorities ongoing work
- Ability to be flexible to adapt to the growing demands of the organization
- Must be organized and focused on objectives
- Attention to detail paramount and an ability to deliver in tight timescales
- Ability to produce Reports using Excel or Excel Plug-ins that connect to Database sources such as SQL Server
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint and the Power Apps Platform highly desirable
- Experience of being involved in Change Management for inter-application changes incorporating clear user communications, reporting up for the approvals
- Experience working in a Help Desk capacity
- Upstream Oil and Gas background desirable
- Fluency in English and Kurdish
