JOB SYNOPSIS
The general outline of the main duties and responsibilities of this role but not intended to define every task and responsibility that the position will be expected to undertake during the course of his/her work. The Operations Maintenance Coordinator for Wells is responsible for executing and controlling the daily activity and the work scope of the overall maintenance activities related to POP Activities and all related operations across oil field. This is achieved by closely liaising with the Maintenance Advisor Wells, Static teams, Electrical Teams, DOF teams, Civils teams and reviewing their requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute activity and follow up for POP Related activities as well as activities across the entire oil field
- Track daily activities and send accurate updates to his management showing, but not limited to:
- The day’s activities alongside with HSE reports, findings, and issues (if any)
- The next days planned activity for all the teams involved in their daily tasks
- Implement and establish a safe environment and HSE related requirements
- Liaise with their related teams and relevant stakeholders to manage effectively daily activities
- Coordinate vacuum trucks when required by the operation
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To perform task to the highest standard to provide excellent service/product during all phases of the operation
- To ensure that products of highest quality are delivered to the Organization
- To perform all the reporting and administrative duties concerning the field operation accurately and in a timely manner
- Is accountable for all his tasks and responsibilities
- Continually looks for way to improve Service delivery
- Constantly evaluates service quality and job execution through job audits and service quality meetings with service providers
- To conduct periodic audits to the field operations
- Is accountable for his respective job and shall stop any job because of (and not limited to) safety hazards, operational concerns, equipment misuse or any other reason deemed necessary. In case of doubt suspend operations and confer with Upper Management
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Wellhead Experience
- Flowline Service Testing experience
- Workover related activities planning experience
- Cellar covers manufacturing/repair experience as per industry standards
- API and ANSI Standards training
- H2S and sour service training
- Proven project management skills
- Proven Microsoft office skills
- Maintenance experience
- Understands, practice and implements field breaking containment standard
- Repairs and NDT inspection experience
- 7 years field experience
