mselect is looking to hire a Sales Team Leader for an oil and gas service client in Basrah, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading the sales team and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on developing effective sales strategies, managing daily operations, and enhancing customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Lead and train the sales team and manage their performance
  • Analyze market and competition to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and legal regulations

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
